29ee887c78 Brush container (unfinished). Temporarily bound to right-click 'Brush FX'. Only accepts monochrome brushes of any size at the moment.

025d27ff71 (cont'd from previous commit) Fixed Issue 183. Added intermediate screen updates during expensive operations (including rectangle, I forgot it in previous commit). Display more responsive to users of fast mice.

ab9671b286 Separated font graphics from skin graphics. WIP, a lot is still hard-coded (font list) or not coded at all (save/load in ini, and match in skin selection screen).

4a39819c86 Follow-up on previous commit: Generalized the "Command" key support, it compiles on all platforms and somebody may want to plug a Mac keyboard in a PC :) 
Added a "command" symbol in the fonts, so shortcuts that use this key can be displayed.
Fixed: In Keyboard settings, some very weird keys (Thinkpad "volume up") were displayed with a wrong number.

0495eed913 Doxygen documentation of global.h and const.h (in English) 
Some small changes in code that don't change the generated executable:
- 4 constants that were #defined are now enums, so they automatically get the right value: NB_ICON_SPRITES, NB_BUTTONS, NB_SPECIAL_SHORTCUTS, NB_OPERATIONS.
- Some numeric constants replaced by their symbolic value.

9d428e1e38 Keyboard shortcuts are customizable from within Grafx2. 
2 shortcuts per function. You can use keys, MouseWheel, Middlebutton, joystick buttons,
in combination with Alt, Shift, Control.

db02be0e41 Fix the Contour not advancing the backup/redo status. 
Fix the polygon filling (used in 3 tools) to include all the right pixels. whoo!
Fix the operations' cursors, that I broke when I added Contour.

2c8fe249e6 Adds a listing of all the mountpoints under linux. I used a piece of code from gnulib, but i'm not sure it's a very good idea. It works for me and should be easy to adapt for many other platforms. This may need some tweaking to work also under beos and skyos (and possibly other unix-like), but if not done, the function will be compiled empty and will not harm anyone. 
Also, cleans some warnings that occurs with -pedantic -c99 options to gcc, and some little things pointed by splint.

94e26e5764 Replaces GLOBAL by GFX2_GLOBAL in graph.h, because it conflicted with something in MorphOS. 
Anyways, this GLOBAL thing looks quite ugly, maybe we should clean it up in some way... is there a better way to do the same thing ?

The following tools don't take the ratio into account;
Circle,
Grad rectangle,
Brush rotation,
Resizable brushes (diamond, squares, circles...)

09ba984aa6 On all screens that display a palette, the grey columns are no longer "dead", you can 
click them to pick the color to its right.
Added help text for HSL mode in Palette, and Grad rectangle
Fixed display of colored rectangles in Palette screen (issue 64)
Fixed more missing refreshes in the Palette screen
Fixed wrong shortcuts in Palette screen
Removed an obsolete message ("Sensibilite Souris") and dead code
