4db4454794 Added 00ai99 to credits 
gfx2gui.gif: Resized the drive icons series to 8x8 and added bookmark and dropdown.
More work on dropdown controls, used in Load screen. Stable.

9d428e1e38 Keyboard shortcuts are customizable from within Grafx2. 
2 shortcuts per function. You can use keys, MouseWheel, Middlebutton, joystick buttons,
in combination with Alt, Shift, Control.

e302f2d26a gfx2.dat is now replaced by an editable "skin" file: 'gfx2gui.gif', and a reference INI file: 'gfx2def.ini'.

ba8ee723fe Fixed refresh problems in brush rotate and brush stretch, when screen was zoomed or scrolled. 
The buttons in the screens FX and Brush FX now use the same shortcuts as when drawing.
The help screens for FX and Brush FX now show the keyboard shortcuts of all functions.

09ba984aa6 On all screens that display a palette, the grey columns are no longer "dead", you can 
click them to pick the color to its right.
Added help text for HSL mode in Palette, and Grad rectangle
Fixed display of colored rectangles in Palette screen (issue 64)
Fixed more missing refreshes in the Palette screen
Fixed wrong shortcuts in Palette screen
Removed an obsolete message ("Sensibilite Souris") and dead code

7c658a6855 Some fixes to the floyd steinberg dithering. The error was added to the neughbour pixels, it is now substracted, the results are much better. However, the palette seems to lack saturated colors (in comparison to the one generated b ygimp, wich gives more dithering, but better overall subjective ressemblance to the 24bit image. Maybe having less dithering is fine for us, as we are in a pixelart painting program afterall...

3422eeff46 Patch from begasus to allow building under haiku and beos. The program is crashing when you launch it (segmentation violation). 
I'm not sure the way to get the program directory we use is ok for beos, but the official way of doing that is using C++ code.
Maybe it's time to switch to some more unix way to store the config files...

This should also fix watcom build (very untested as i'm using mingw to cross compile windows builds now)
Also added begasus to the credits screen.

d72897e93d Some more fixes for the gradiation rectangles. The position is now calculated in an int, you should not experience any problem with the circle limit. 
Also fixed the operation handling. The rectangle is now drawn properly when you finish sizing it.
The vector line still leaves some artifact on screen, however...

dc9e10c054 Started work on the gradiation rectangle. 
The handling in the operation engine should work pretty well. I would like to do some changes, however (displaying the bottomright of the rectangle, and use XOR for the vector, for example)
Now, i have to do the real thing, the gradiation calculation and drawing. But let's see that tomorrow...
