344547a0ca Fix: Reverted part of r773 (Crash on distort if the brush angles touch the screen edge.) 
Fix: Distort brush now re-centers the brush "handle".

c09f5819c2 Doxygen documentation for text.h, SFont.h, setup.h, realpath.h, readline.h, palette.h, keyboard.h, io.h, input.h, hotkeys.h, helpfile.h, errors.h; and a basic description for all other headers. 
Removed 2 unused function prototypes (They escaped translation)
In each C file, added a #include of its own header, to help doxygen generate a more complete documentation for the C files (and also double-check function prototypes)

All these changes don't change the generated executable, it's still beta 99.0.

ba8ee723fe Fixed refresh problems in brush rotate and brush stretch, when screen was zoomed or scrolled. 
The buttons in the screens FX and Brush FX now use the same shortcuts as when drawing.
The help screens for FX and Brush FX now show the keyboard shortcuts of all functions.

e7a1152777 Fixes some problems of sreen update in smear mode (issue 66) and possibly some others. The various calls to Mettre_Ecran_A_Jour in Afficher_Pinceau could benefit from some cleanup in order to avoid if(sthing)Mettre_Ecran_A_Jour(A,B,C,D)else Mettre_Ecran_A_Jour(A,B,C,D) with same ABCD...

c004c90d90 Splitted graph.c in multiple files. Compiles but there is a lot of warnings about declarations. I'm cleaning it up but i wanted to commit that before starting to get conflicts
