Load in fact from the /fonts/ subdirectory of the config directory,
wherever it is (it depends a lot on the platform)

under WIN32 it is %APPDATA%/GrafX2/fonts
MacOS ~/Library/Preferences/com.googlecode.grafx2/fonts
etc.
