9dcbdd0327 Compatibility improvements and minor fixes 
* Account for padding byte when chunk length is not a multiple of 2
* Use chunkLength to parse TINY and BODY chunk data
* Rename chunkID, lenChunk and formatID
* Deduplicate decompression code
