33ef5cfde2 Fix on loading all formats 'misc': Marking some formats 'Backup_done=0' didn't work because this flag was specialized for importing and exporting palettes (a modification of the image), without updating the image on screen or remembering the file name.

74f723c3b0 Added save function for amstrad cpc scr images. No load available yet, and the code was pretty quickly hacked. Thanks to CloudStrife for providing libraw2crtc.

1a2ac678e0 Splitted loadsave.c : 
- loadsave.c : common things
- fileformats.c : format that make a full backup of any picture without palette loss
- miscfileformats.c : formats that are not saving all the picture (palette only, pixels only, constrained palette)

I was not very precise in the splitting and we may rethink the flags that mark if a picture is fully saved or not... it was not updated after we decided to allow the full palette range 0.255 instead of 0.63, so most of the atari format were marked as saving everything.

db130fc60d trunk: Implemented file loading of JPEG, TGA, TIFF and a few others, by using SDL_Image builtin loader. Added visible 'hourglass' cursor during 24bit color reduction.

dc70d2f59f [layers] Merged-in the trunk changes (support for variable-height menu bar). Color replacer now works. Saving non-layer formats issues a warning and saves flattened version of the visible layers.

c09f5819c2 Doxygen documentation for text.h, SFont.h, setup.h, realpath.h, readline.h, palette.h, keyboard.h, io.h, input.h, hotkeys.h, helpfile.h, errors.h; and a basic description for all other headers. 
Removed 2 unused function prototypes (They escaped translation)
In each C file, added a #include of its own header, to help doxygen generate a more complete documentation for the C files (and also double-check function prototypes)

All these changes don't change the generated executable, it's still beta 99.0.

d704c4f425 Implemented last-chance recovery that saves the current and spare page. (issue 97) 
Tested OK on Windows when crashing Contour (issue 119)
Doesn't handle frozen states (when killed in task manager), I'll have to look further.

acfe5836ce Grafx2 can now read and convert gfx2.cfg from the original DOS (96.5%) format. 
Older .cfg files in svn were saved incorrectly: the wrong size of chunk #5
(0x0101 instead of 0xE1) made it impossible to re-read the file in gfxcfg.

gfxcfg can read and save gfx2.cfg. Upward compatibility is provided:
- If new chunk types are added to the format, it only needs a re-compile. Older
files can be read and saved.
- If new keyboard shortcuts are added (134 currently), the older files can be
read and the default shortcut will be used for missing keys.

Fixed many endianness cases, hopefully
Fixed LBM loading : bug in ASM->C conversion of Couleur_ILBM_line()
Broke PCX loading : argh!
