Remove 3rd party DLLs and README files from repository 
theses files are automatically built with "make 3rdparty"
3rdparty: make sure to create bin/ directory

Move to original_docs subdirectory, so they won't be included by

cf56a34992 Update some things after the switch to git. 
- Do not use svnversion to find the version, instead use a revision
  count from git. As a result, the version number jumps back, however,
  so we should have a 2.5 release soon!
- Fix some URLs pointing to either the svn repo,
  or even to google code (!).

4aa61a4407 Fix makefile (install/uninstall) to install/uninstall scripts, and added Ilkke's Scenish skin and Seen font to archives. Updated Help credits. Made DPaint the default font for new install (it goes together with DPaint skin)

395c225463 -Disabled latex generation for doxygen (was weongly enabled because of previous cleanup) 
-Removed version numbers and date from doxygen html footer so the files are no longer all modified when regenerating

db130fc60d trunk: Implemented file loading of JPEG, TGA, TIFF and a few others, by using SDL_Image builtin loader. Added visible 'hourglass' cursor during 24bit color reduction.

Updated NSIS script to 99.0 version.

Removed a debug print.
