c266b38e05 Fix part of issue 433: Safety colors (after image load) are now only added when not already present in palette, and in reverse order so that in the very common case of 0=black, the white is added in slot 255 (Now it's more consistent with 'backspace' in palette which forcibly adds these colors in unused slots at the end)

65b3c4290a Fix critical bug: Grafx2 failing to load when no old config file is present (because of attempt to flash red screen, now has interactive mouse feedback, doesn't work before grafx2 is started). Fixed make install/make uninstall, tested on MSYS's shell for the moment

cd8f3e40da * Save CM5 files. There seem to be a problem with "Supports_layers" field. setting it to 1 still triggers the warning that image will be flatenned...

bf9c34d7fe Code for loading "CM5" (CPC Mode 5) pixtures 
* Fix a bug in the Set_layer function : it was only possible to set a new layer, and this format needs us to write to previous layers too
 * Saving is missing (you need to save as png then convert back to cm5 using SyX converter)
 * Preview does not work (it does not use layers, so the result is broken)
 * Loading switches the "8bit" mode on automatically

eba26aaa96 Merge trunk to the cpcmode5 branch. This gets us a more recent grafx2 with the cpcmode5 drawing. Now to make this mode optional so users can still work in regular mode :)

1e6c4d22bc Default gradients (or cycles) are now loaded from skins. Initialized all current skins so that range 0 is a white->black range, this way the grad shapes are immediately efficient. Still has a problem when loading an image in command-line.

82e469a11e Now save all color ranges, not only the cycling ones. Only solid ranges (1 color) are discarded. Also fixed a few harmless compilation warnings

962d23dbc4 The gradients (Cycling or not) are now per-picture, so: The main and spare page have separate gradients; Loading a picture resets the gradients and loads the new image's (if any); Undo and Redo correctly navigate to the right gradients when you Undo/Redo Loading different color-cycling images.

236a026137 File selector: display preview no longer changes GUI colors when the image uses less than 253 colors. Fixes many cases of issue 215, and generally allows much smoother browsing.

4ea23b3e9a Color cycling based on the ranges in Grad menu. A speed slider has appeared. The speed data (and all cycling) is loaded from IFF/ILBM images from Deluxe Paint, Amiga and DOS versions. The data is not saved at the moment, so you shouldn't re-save cycling images

eb9145346f Improved the safety backups: after restore, the original filename and directory are set. It uses a GIF application extension to save the data in the files (Only used for safety backups, it won't affect the GIFs that you save)
