9933e1fddc We can now build on tru64. Mountlist.c doesn't seem to work so it crashes when trying to do something in the loadsave screen. 
As the available machines don't have gdb, I can't go much further...
I could try building with compaq compiler but it seems a lot more strict than gcc. Do you want me to fix these problems to get cleaner ansi code (may be less readable...)

fe0f87521b -Add some more zoom factors (up to x32) 
-Replace the zoom window with a popup menu. Note this make shift+M unusable. Do you think it's annoying ? (also, I don't know how to remove/disable the shortcut, and have no idea what it could do instead)

f7a5b23541 Support for textured toolbars of variable length. Grafx2 repeats the last two columns, so the dither pattern of Modern skin works.

74f723c3b0 Added save function for amstrad cpc scr images. No load available yet, and the code was pretty quickly hacked. Thanks to CloudStrife for providing libraw2crtc.

db130fc60d trunk: Implemented file loading of JPEG, TGA, TIFF and a few others, by using SDL_Image builtin loader. Added visible 'hourglass' cursor during 24bit color reduction.

cedb706326 First svn commit of the experiment with layers. Preemptive backup (to shorten delay before drawing) is currently disabled. Basic Undo/Redo works, but not image resizing, the adjust tool, and saving (not even flattened)

7bde7d90ce Quick-made support for Neochrome files. Loading works, saving leaves parts of the header uninitialized. Neochrome may or may not like it.

c09f5819c2 Doxygen documentation for text.h, SFont.h, setup.h, realpath.h, readline.h, palette.h, keyboard.h, io.h, input.h, hotkeys.h, helpfile.h, errors.h; and a basic description for all other headers. 
Removed 2 unused function prototypes (They escaped translation)
In each C file, added a #include of its own header, to help doxygen generate a more complete documentation for the C files (and also double-check function prototypes)

All these changes don't change the generated executable, it's still beta 99.0.

0495eed913 Doxygen documentation of global.h and const.h (in English) 
Some small changes in code that don't change the generated executable:
- 4 constants that were #defined are now enums, so they automatically get the right value: NB_ICON_SPRITES, NB_BUTTONS, NB_SPECIAL_SHORTCUTS, NB_OPERATIONS.
- Some numeric constants replaced by their symbolic value.

8ff9028eab Implemented palette ordering (issue 112). You can activate it in the secondary palette window (shift-P), it's saved in gfx2.ini. 
The skin file has 2 more icons for the arrows (Ilija, grafx2 won't load if you don't update yours)
Updated contextual help for the secondary palette window.
Fixed some typos in code.

4349fd71a3 Contour fill (issue 90), 4th mode of continuous drawing. 
However, there is a rendering problem from the original polygon tool: the bottom pixels are not drawn.

6dd54a1686 Some fixes to get_input : allows to move windows. 
Touche is now resetted to 0 only when a shortcut is processed. So you can let it at the key value for cursor moves, for example. But it does not work, i must have missed something :/
