2049f96c59 [layers] Implemented layer insertion. No keys or menu yet, but it's already used when loading images, to make an image with right number of layers. Undoing/redoing such change works. Implemented single-layer deletion (untested)

dc70d2f59f [layers] Merged-in the trunk changes (support for variable-height menu bar). Color replacer now works. Saving non-layer formats issues a warning and saves flattened version of the visible layers.

6f8223b09b trunk: Continued the handling of multiple effect on single shortcuts. Multiple window-open work (one after an other), and the restriction on shortcuts that are disabled while drawing is now applied correctly.

cedb706326 First svn commit of the experiment with layers. Preemptive backup (to shorten delay before drawing) is currently disabled. Basic Undo/Redo works, but not image resizing, the adjust tool, and saving (not even flattened)

025d27ff71 (cont'd from previous commit) Fixed Issue 183. Added intermediate screen updates during expensive operations (including rectangle, I forgot it in previous commit). Display more responsive to users of fast mice.

562099f17f Improved mouse experiment: Mouse merging is automatically off when drawing and on when not drawing.(ignores ini setting). Tools that paste the brush along a shape (lines, cont'freehand, circles, splines) now force a screen update about 10 times per second, but no more than once every 8 pixels drawn. See issue 183.

07bfc119b8 -No need to check if a pointer is null before freeing it. 
-However if the pointer is still living (for example a global) you should assign NULL to it to avoid bad ram access and random bugs. Accessing a NULL pointer always  gives a segfault, accessing a freed pointer may or may not crash.
-Also fixed a memory leak

9d0c73b5be Tweaked the line clamping algorithm (Issue 186): Multiples of 45° use orthogonal projection (again), ISO lines are now constrained to exact 2:1 lines and their length is projected on most significant axis, horizontal or vertical

9e9fd506b6 Continued the line clamping. Seems to work perfectly for all 16 directions, but I discovered an older problem in the input handler when you release a key that participates in cursor emulation. Not completely fixed.

19a2892e88 I extended the line clamping to do iso pixelart. However I only managed to find the equation for the 3 others. Maybe someone is better at geometry. I let the unequationed lines move free when you press shift. The limit between each spot can also be adjusted. Is someone better than me at math around here ?

bb2794ed2b Fix issue 161 (Linux: The window "resists" resizing) 
Fix issue 159 (Mouse sensitivy in fullscreen mode) by implementing user-defined mouse sensitivity in Settings screen, only affects fullscreen mode.
Fix: When changing pixel size, sometimes there were some remaining "dirty lines" at the right edge of screen/window.

c4ca933dfe - Fixed a bug in the credits (and cleaned'em up a bit). 
- Fixed a bug in the draw gradient ellipse that caused the cursor to remain on screen after the drawing operation.
- Fixed "empy" / "empty" typo in some functions names.

Fix the minimum screen size not enforced when resizing window (since r705)

aa7d13a3fc Resolution screen: Fixed a problem where it didn't find the current resolution, when using tall/wide/double pixels. If the cursor was not visible and you pressed OK anyway, it could crash. 
Resolution changes: No longer reset the mouse cursor in center of screen.
Emergency save: When you run grafx2 again, the recovered images are now marked as modified (grafx2 will ask you to save before quit)

d323b545ce Fix possible crash in extreme resolutions with wide and tall pixels. Manu factor was computed too big, causing clipped palette and windows didn't fit.

2d8beccbbd Fixed issue 122: Qshade only working in one direction with some tools. 
Re-computed the dependencies, graph.o was missing, which could cause lots of problem if you don't 'make clean' when upgrading.

6c2d55ed8f Implemented Double Pixel mode (issue 86) 
Tall pixels can now be used in resolution minimum 320x400, and Tall pixels minimum 640x200. (instead of 640x400 for both)
Fixed: There was incorrect error recovery when trying to use a fullscreen mode too small to use wide/tall/double pixel.
Little code cleanup in the different pixel renderers.
