025d27ff71 (cont'd from previous commit) Fixed Issue 183. Added intermediate screen updates during expensive operations (including rectangle, I forgot it in previous commit). Display more responsive to users of fast mice.

562099f17f Improved mouse experiment: Mouse merging is automatically off when drawing and on when not drawing.(ignores ini setting). Tools that paste the brush along a shape (lines, cont'freehand, circles, splines) now force a screen update about 10 times per second, but no more than once every 8 pixels drawn. See issue 183.

77728125fb GUI: All controls are now 'sticky', ie. when you're dragging a slider/scroller and you move the mouse too far, it no longer activate other buttons. (Issue 191)

9e9fd506b6 Continued the line clamping. Seems to work perfectly for all 16 directions, but I discovered an older problem in the input handler when you release a key that participates in cursor emulation. Not completely fixed.

1cf83a2ed7 Fixed various aspects of the gp2x button handling : 
- Default button mapping so you can at least click on the buttons
- Keep button press and button release in sync, so you use the same button for the same thing
- Fix display of the buttons

I noticed that ALT is interfering with the buttons names. Maybe we are using too much bits. CTRL and SHIFT work fine.
Also, the gp2x builds start by default in windowed mode at 640x480. This means the screen is hardware scaled down... that makes the program almost unusable, you have to go to the screen menu and switch to a more useable resolution. Finally, all the softscaled modes should be disabled, because the hardware scaler does its work very well :)

bb2794ed2b Fix issue 161 (Linux: The window "resists" resizing) 
Fix issue 159 (Mouse sensitivy in fullscreen mode) by implementing user-defined mouse sensitivity in Settings screen, only affects fullscreen mode.
Fix: When changing pixel size, sometimes there were some remaining "dirty lines" at the right edge of screen/window.

4a39819c86 Follow-up on previous commit: Generalized the "Command" key support, it compiles on all platforms and somebody may want to plug a Mac keyboard in a PC :) 
Added a "command" symbol in the fonts, so shortcuts that use this key can be displayed.
Fixed: In Keyboard settings, some very weird keys (Thinkpad "volume up") were displayed with a wrong number.

761d62f761 Removed some unneeded dependencies to speed up compile. 
Code "cleanup": Functions that create a button now return its address.
This helps reduce the number of files that use the globals "Fenetre_Liste_boutons_*"

9d428e1e38 Keyboard shortcuts are customizable from within Grafx2. 
2 shortcuts per function. You can use keys, MouseWheel, Middlebutton, joystick buttons,
in combination with Alt, Shift, Control.

bb7f09fc8e Fix CRASH in Help screen, when pressing PageDown in pages of less than 16 lines. Bug is present in 98.0% release:( 
Internal support for action shortcuts on joystick buttons, mousewheel, mouse3.
Mousewheel now scrolls lists in Save/Load, Text, Help.

6dd54a1686 Some fixes to get_input : allows to move windows. 
Touche is now resetted to 0 only when a shortcut is processed. So you can let it at the key value for cursor moves, for example. But it does not work, i must have missed something :/

11bc1066ba Fixes window resize and key repeat. New key behaviour : the Touche will containe the last key pressed, until it is released. This can be problematic in some places, but i'm not sure. The other possibility is to unset it when entering get_input to get the old behaviour and rely on the key repeat.

4d62d6f93f Fixed some bugs with mouse clicks. Also added a debug info when an unhandled sdl event occurs. It seems there are events when the window is focused and unfocused, for example. We may use them to hide and display back our software cursor.
